It is the first global mentoring program in H-JUMP SCHOOL that Korean and Vietnamese SAMs(장학샘) participate.
This online session will be using English as a main language. During the Q & A session, interpretation will be provided if needed.
We recommend this mentoring to following SAMs:

- who want learn ways to ask for support from accomplished professionals who you don’t know
- who want to improve your English communication skills
- who want to continue your learning and skill development without giving-up

About Doyeon Kim
Doyeon is the founder and executive director of Simple Steps, a nonprofit headquartered in Palo Alto, CA, with a mission to empower talented immigrant women to achieve their professional goals. Before starting Simple Steps, she worked in several nonprofit organizations, including the UN Global Compact Foundation. Doyeon is also a co-founder of JUMP, an international nonprofit with a mission to provide equal and fair educational opportunities for youth from multicultural and underserved backgrounds. As an IT consultant-turned-social entrepreneur, she is passionate about tackling hard-to-solve societal problems, especially in youth education, gender equality, and employment. Doyeon received her B.S. and M.S. from KAIST and her MPA from Harvard Kennedy School.
